Booking confirmation and payment
To confirm the reservation, payment of the full amount is required.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card. In case of problems you can make a bank transfer by contacting us by email or on WhatsApp. You will need to send the receipt of the transfer by email to the following address leperseidiglamping@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of the email containing the payment details, under penaltyof cancellation of the booking.
Schedule
Check-in from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(arrivals after this time must be agreed in advance and an extra cost will be charged)
Access to the facilities is not allowed before 4:30 p.m.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.
Cancellation of the stay by the guest
It is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the date of the stay.
If the cancellation takes place within 14 days prior to the date of the stay, no refund will be given.
Change of date
Changes to the dates of the stay can only be made upon written request within 14 days before the date of arrival, while the second date cannot be modified and is not refundable.
Cancellation of the stay by the company
All our Bubble Rooms are designed to withstand all the most common weather conditions; should the weather be particularly unfavourable, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and make a full refund.
In the event of faults that cannot be repaired in a short time and that compromise the possibility of staying, the company may cancel the reservation up to 2:00 p.m. of the day of arrival.
In this rare event, we will be able to change the dates or offer a full refund.
Rates
The rates can be seen when you search for availability on the website.
Children and minors
Our facilities are designed for just two people aged 14 and over, with the exception of the Iupiter Bubble Suite, which can accommodate children aged 3 and over.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
Pets
Although we are animal lovers, they are not allowed.
No smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Bubble Rooms.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in the cancellation of the stay without any refund and any penalties as per current legislation.
No food or alcohol
It is not permitted to bring food or alcohol from outside the facilities.
Damage to property
In the event that guests cause damage to the Bubbles or to things inside them, the organisation can request compensation.
Guest registration
Upon arrival, guests will be asked for a valid ID in order to inform the relevant bodies of their presence as required by current legislation.
Outdoor mini pools with jacuzzi
The outdoor mini pools with jacuzzis are heated and can be used all year round. The temperature of the water on your arrival will depend on the climate and the daily water treatments necessary for proper cleaning. In the event of malfunctions that compromise the use of the mini pools, no refunds shall be due.
Ban on drones
Drones are not allowed inside or over the facilities.
